Return Shipping:
4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. BeachFoxSwim will not be liable for any lost or damaged returns during transit.
Refund Processing:
5. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the refund.
6. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges:
